The Biological Knee Transplant (BKT) line consists of a coring system specially designed to match the topography of the human trochlea, patella, and condyles in order to facilitate large surfaces for cartilage transplantation.
The system consists of contoured pairs of donor and recipient guides to match the multitude of surface geometries. The BKT coring system allows surgeons to flawlessly match the contour of the various surfaces of the knee circumferentially giving patients the best chance of having an outstanding clinical result.
